On Jan. 29th Wolong and Enapter (a German company) signed joint venture agreement formally. Both parties will establish a joint venture company in China, collectively dedicate to the development of AEM electrolyser technology related products in China region. The Chairman Jiancheng Chen of the Directors Board of Wolong Group witnessed the signing of contract. The Chairman Mr. Xinyuan Pang of Wolong Electic Drive Group and CEO Mr. Jürgen Laakmann of Enapter signed the contract on behalf of both parties.

Enapter is an innovative new energy technology company, with headquarter in Germany, research center and factory in Italy. The company focuses on manufacturing efficient electrolytic water hydrogen production equipment (also known as electrolyser) to replace fossil fuels and promote global energiewende. Enapter’s Anion exchange membrane (AEM) technology combines the economically efficiency of alkaline water electrolyser and the optimal performance characteristics of proton exchange membrane electrolyser (PEM). In 2021 Enapter launched the world's first megawatt level AEM electrolysis equipment.
